(a) "Globally Collaborative Environmental Peace Gaming (GCEPG)"

II. Creation of the Center for Conflict Resolution (CCR):

The CCR at your Earth Institute is to be the global center of similar ones in various countries for conducting the following two-tier system as utilizing our GCEPG/GSEEED project approach:

(a) One for training young would-be decision makers in crisis management, conflict resolution, and negotiation techniques basing on "facts and figures" and

(b) The other for helping decision makers constructing a globally distributed decision-support system for positive sum/win-win alternatives to conflict and war.

I greatly appreciate your providing us with your valuable time for discussing the above at your office. I will inform you its exact date as soon as I hear from our colleagues about their choice of date.

(i) Marc Levy: about his group’s activities on conflict resolution (approx. 30 minutes),
(ii) Tak Utsumi: about peace gaming and Global University System projects (approx. 45 minutes),
(iii) Hans Herren: about the Multi-Entity Game (MEG) and the Threshold 21 (T21) of the Millennium Institute -- see <http://www.millennium-institute.org> (approx. 30 minutes)
(iv) Polytechnic University people: about their activities (approx. 30 minutes).

(b) Discussions:

(i) Outline of projects,
(ii) Administration and fund raising.

Note:

It might be better that this project may be adapted in the near future by the United Nations University as one of their research programs for its legitimacy as an international project and for the ease of multilateral funding — see the following for my previous attempt;
