This was prepared by Walter.  I think that you would find it is very much suited to your need.  You may also consider to import some courses from the chemical engineering department of Polytechnic University (my alma mater and which is the world renowned department for chemical engineering) -- see our MOU with them at <http://preview.tinyurl.com/yr7qbk>.

Pls feel free to revise it as consulting with Walter, for your submitting it to the Niger Delta Development Commission for a fund to hold the first planning workshop.  Pls send me your revised version so that we can work on it together.

(7) Pls feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon again,

Best, Tak

Re: [gu-new] (02/23/08) (1) Imo State Technology Park (ISTP) Project in Nigeria and (2) Possible E-Governance with GSEEED Project

Dear TAK,

Thank you so much for your mail and encouraging comments about my thesis proposal.

I will like to join your GSEEED project. My special interest areas are in Natural Gas (LNG/ LPG) and Biofuels (Ethanol from Cassava/Biodiesel from Palm Oil).

I intend to use Business Dynamics Modelling (BDM), following from System Dynamics, for my Doctoral work on eGovernment funding models.

I will follow the instructions in your mail for joining GSEEED.

The Cross River State Government is interested in working with us on eGovernment infrastructure development. I note that Imo State Government is interested in working with you as well. Is there no way we can harness all these efforts so that the neighbouring states can benefit from the infra though a Niger Delta wide infra project?? We can present a strong proposal to Niger Delta Development Commission. Please tell Charles
and Professor Walter Ollor to discuss this with me in more detail. I have been consulting for NDDC for 5 years on a very successful Regional Youth Computer Training Project involving over 200 Training Centres (with over 30,000 candidates trained) in the 9 states of the Niger Delta and we can implement GUS Nigeria with NDDC as a strong funding Partner!

Humble regards

Peter.
