Dear Jerry and Takeshi, Robert and Dick,

I have sent off a first round of simplified outreach through UNESCO Japanese Ambassador Seiichi Kondor to the meeting he is in Tokyo to attend this week. Please see attachment.

A $10 Billion Japanese Government Climate Change budget should have some room for e-learning, e-governance, Knowledge Management Training etc.

Information from all of you was useful. My next step is to go deeper, mentioning more of each of your work, and the significant great leap forward we could accomplish by integrating budgets and strategic programs.

Jerry Glenn will be in New York again at the end of March 26th thru 29th. I do hope we can coordinate a Big Picture meeting that could further empower mutual budgets and agendas.
