I included most of your suggestions, except your paper quotation (DeTombe,
1994) since I could not find it. I then used your 2003 paper in the
reference of this grant application.
(5) I included Black Sea Fiber Ring and Modern Silk Road projects, which are to
be considered in the subsequent phases of this GSEEED Project.
If possible, pls feel free to enhance sales pitch for those projects in the
Section 1.2.2 of this grant application, especially after reading the following
news article;
