Dear Linda:
(1) Many thanks for your msg (ATTACHMENT I) with valuable info.
I visited the URL you indicated with great interest;
Researchers Demo Global Grid Computing Technology
<http://www.gridtoday.com/grid/884756.html>
Yes, that is really a significant achievement. I think it would be quite
useful for the synchronous real-time simulation of the Globally Distributed
Climate Simulation System <http://preview.tinyurl.com/2hemag>.

(2) However, the accomplishment
mentioned in the URL is for the so-called rich-manŐs luxurious approach as
having 10 Gbps conduit among dispersed computers.

When I initiated the concept of the GRID technology, it was to enact similar
functions as analog/hybrid computer, as some of their components to be
dispersed and interconnected with ultra-high speed communication networks.
Therefore, the accomplishment mentioned in the URL is, in a sense, to
have achieved what I dreamed almost 35 years ago <http://preview.tinyurl.com/2emgah>.
However, since then, my interest has been shifted to establish the Globally
Distributed Socio-Economic-Environmental Simulation System (GDSEESS) -- which
is currently Quantitative Policy Analysis of Global
Socio-Economic-Energy-Enviironment Development (GSEEED) Project <http://preview.tinyurl.com/337nrn>.
In contrast to the essential need of the synchronous real time simulation
for the Globally Distributed Climate Simulation System, this GSEEED system
requires asynchronous simulation approach because of the following factors <http://preview.tinyurl.com/26v64x>;

(3) More importantly, our GSEEED
project cannot leave any developing countries behind, since they are definitely
partners of our world community, and they usually do not have ultra-high speed
Internet yet. Then, technically, a unique and intriguing feature of our
project is this asynchronous approach for interconnecting dispersed dissimilar
simulation models around the world, some of which would be interconnected even
via narrowband Internet.
Dear Ralph:
It was my great pleasure to have spoken with you yesterday again. Pls
start considering the above feature of our project.
(4) I have been working on this project for more than the past thirty five (35)
years as solving one obstacle after another <http://preview.tinyurl.com/2ef7ay>;

I then agree with Bill Gates <http://preview.tinyurl.com/yqf7u2>;

Dear Yaman:
(5) Many thanks for your recent msg (ATTACHMENT II), in response to my following list

Dear Norbert,
Not only my problem I such as beneath. :
We humankind are currently living in quite new life-state, in the State of
Change/Flux and Risk (SCR). This new state arouse mainly as a result of
science-technology progress. The changes in environment (in large sense) are
pacing so rapidly that only feedback control principle social relations are
obsolete. We need to add into world social relations feedforward control
mechanism. It means necessity to base politics on pre-emptive development
principle. Because future is not fully predictable, therefore such politics
will be connected with big risk of political faults.
Therefore for life in SCR we inter alia need;
1.. World integrated forecasting system (continuously up-graded),
including global (and local) dynamic monitoring (of future effects of
policy) - (GSEEED).
2.. World science system that allow to deliver efficiently to above
information system not only existing yet (individually used) knowledge, but
also new knowledge about rapidly changing reality (GUS).
3.. Education system that shape popular wisdom (GUS).
4.. Flexible automation that allow for rapidly respond on
challenges
cognized to late.
5.. Eco-humanism (egoaltruistic) ethics, instead of egoistic ethics
(inter
alia basic condition of access to information that is necessary for life in
SCR).
6.. Sustainable development economy, that will eco-humanisticly
stimulate
cognize and innovative creative activity, that is in SCR essential for
elimination the main crisis generating factor - rapid obsoleting (moral
destruction) of life-forms not fitted to the new life conditions.
Therefore a commonly accessible, net and GRID, continuously under
development, WORLDWIDE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (with
System Dynamics analysis capability) ought to be built with help of UN.
In EU I propose to transform EUROSTAT into European Office for Statistic and
Dynamic Monitoring. I propose also to build China - EU INFORMATION CENTER
for Sustainable Development Strategy and Global Dynamic Monitoring.
Do you approve above conclusions? Could you help in their
realization?
With kind regards -
Leslaw Michnowski.
