Should you be interested in creating GUS/Sri Lanka, pls read through Item

(4) Thanks to your tremendous effort, the connectivity with narrowband Internet
is now getting accomplished in most of your countries.
However, the next development stage would be with broadband Internet for
videoconferencing, multimedia web teaching, internet telephony, etc.
