help fund raising from the European Commission for our projects.
I anticipated to hear of your kind words when I visited your school in the
spring of 2005, instead of meeting you in Milan as you suggested at that time.

Ferraris extraordinary hospitality at that time. Pls convey my best
personal regards to Prof. Ferrari.

raising — specially from the EC, as previously raising funds and managing
them for various projects ranging from Bangladesh, Latin America and
Scandinavia, etc., to name but a few.

Pls also inform me if we can be of any help to raise funds from the Japanese
government — if you can go along with our GUS way.

Dear Dr. Utsumi: I am
searching a topic in the 7th EU Framework Programme as an umbrella to present a
project on health training at a distance. As I see through your mails, it might
be that you have identified some. I have read the subprogramm Health under the Spefcific Programme
"Cooperation" and found none related to that but science either hard
basic science or applied science also hard. I have gone also throug the
"People" Spcific Programme and again that is science.
Through
your mails, although I have to confess that I do not quite understand them
because of the many entries of different and unknown persons to me speaking
about subjects on which I have not any idea, I perceive or feel that you are
more optimistic that I am on the EU programmes funding training related topics.
Could you orient me on those programmes?
