Cuba is eligible for the European CommissionÕs fund.
At that time when we visited, you also indicated me of your strong interest in
our peace gaming. You may join in it if you have a Cuba socio-economic
simulation model (preferably in System Dynamic methodology) -- see ANNEX 7 of
the report mentioned in the Item (1) above.
