I enjoyed it and learned a lot!!

(2) The e-health/telemedicine project of our Global University System (GUS) is very much similar, for example;

(a) Nigeria:
With Abia State University Teaching Hospital,
Oji, D. E., T. Utsumi and C. Uwaje, "International Centers of Excellence for e-Health in Africa with Global University System in Nigeria
," Paper published in the eHealth International Journal, International eHealth Association (IeHA), University of Michigan Health System, September 25, 2005 <http://tinyurl.com/2w42nh>

(b) Sierra Leone and other Mano River Union countries:
With University of Sierra Leone/College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences
Gbakima, A. and T. Utsumi, Concept Paper on the ÒEstablishment of Global University System (GUS) in Sierra Leone and Mano River Union countries
Ó <http://tinyurl.com/2ku9b8>

(c) Russia:
With Novosibirsk State Medical Academy

<http://ccnmtl.columbia.edu/draft/lizday/sig/preview.html>

(4) On ÒContinuing Medical Education (CME)Ó:

In the Item (2)-(c)-(ii) above, ÒSupercourseÓ of the University of Pittsburgh was mentioned.

Pls retrieve the following list distribution to see my comment about it;
(10/01/06) (1) Super Course, (2) Working group on "Global E-Healthcare/Telemedicine" of GUS/Altai Mir
<http://tinyurl.com/yl6p56>

As said in it, our GUS focuses to set up the network of facilitators and learner support system at the beginning, which are often forgotten or ignored by many providers of distance education.  This is to avoid the failures of global e-learning projects made by many prominent schools, e.g., Columbia University and Oxford University, etc., etc.

Dear Dr. Zubayer:

(5) Many thanks for your very interesting msg (ATTACHMENT I
).

You may contact Sikder Zakir — see my following list distribution;

(10/28/06) Invitation to attend the inauguration program of HealthLine project of TRCL.
<http://tinyurl.com/2wnqwt>

As said in it, he successfully inaugurated his HealthLine in cooperation with Grameen Phone Ltd., which is a sister concern of Grameen Bank Ltd., the recipient of 2006 Nobel Peace Prize.

Best, Tak

Subject:
"Education without Borders" Introduction of Multi-discipline subjects of Sports Sciences & Medicine.

January 27,2007

Dear Prof.Dr.Takeshi Utsumi,

I had a talk with you over telephone regarding a proposal of a Hospital establishment in rural areas in Bangladesh. This proposal will give you an usher to popularize the program, not only in Bangladesh but for the developing countries of the world. It can be started from a hospital with education  institution in Bangladesh and later it can be spread to the developing countreis. I am sorry to send a very late proposal letter to you.

The "Micro-economy" introducer and 2006 Noble prize winner, Prof. Dr.Mohammad Yunus, theory and practice can be seen over 140 countries of the world, where he established the "Bank for the Poor". In 1974, Bangladesh faced the devestation created by big powers which lost thousands of people due to famine. He started giving money from his salary money to the poor people to erradicate poverty, which later return quick and found those people to be self reliant and stand their own foot. Those people later on, learned of dignity, prestige, and to lead free life from credit to the Bank. Later, he established Grameen Bank, now a popular word in the world, poverty is a threat to Peace, where illiteracy is also a threat to peace & democracy, without education it's impossible.
Education will bring peace,harmony,equilibrium of development in developing countries to grow multi-disciplinary subjects of Sports Sciences and Sports Medicine.
The ideas & Philosophy of Prof.Dr.Mohammad Yunus gave me inspiration on how I can share & bring "Education without Borders" for the developing countries of the world and bring all the Scholars,Professors,institute,college,universities who are interested to offer their co-operstion and help the development of multi-disciplinary subjects of Sports Sciences & Sports Medicine.
We get what we want or what we don't refuse, we accept the fact that we will always have to educate and support developing countries to enjoy development and enjoy human dignity and prestige. We wanted to go Mars, Moon, so we went there. We achieved what we want to achieve. If we are not achieving something, it is because we have not put our efforts and mind to it. We create what we want. .
I was doing research work and collecting all the informations from UNESCO. UN news letter showed the higher Education course offered by the different countries become monopoly business due to the following conditions;

a.Diplomatic relations of a country or recognitions and restrictions given by a country
b Scholarships offered by the Government/agency/universities is limited and not available as per universal slogan "Affordable Education for All"
c Visa,sponsorship, currency problems,restrictions,security clearance off those countries after 9/11 situations
d.High cost Tuition Fees and Maintenance cost of a candidate in that country
e.No preparatory course are available to take the Multi-discipline course of Sports Sciences & Sports Medicine for admission.
f. Language barrier to take the course, you have to learn those country language
g Multi-discipline subjects of Sports Sciences not yet introduce/waits for introduction.
g.Course offered time limitation for admission, only few candidates are lucky to receive them etc
h.Long time socio-cultural separation from his/her country and also disparity/racial problems
i. Fair judgement of his/her studies and offering his/her degree assesment.
j.Professors of different subjects have to take permission or equvilency degree to teach on that subject.
k.Practical examination or participation in those countries depends upon Malpractice insurence & is not allowed to perform.
l.Restricted areas students travel permit,and occational times to report to police precent.

Considering all these factors after investigations and research work followed by the economic,social, and education theory. We have decided to let the Multi-discipline of Sports Sciences and Sports Medicine subjects be affordable."Education without borders", no visa restrictions, preparatory and difference courses will always be available or even some of the full courses will be free, medium of instructions will be in English and many more subjects to come.
We know some of the countries will not like our website preparation "Education For All without Borders" due to political, economical, social, considering among the people and nations, for peace, harmony and for the development in developing countries of the world.
I welcome those who are interested to share our thoughts & Philosophy to educate the developing countries with your knowledge of Multi-discipline subjects of Sports Sciences and Sports Medicine and many more and ideas to educate them.

We are considering to take all of them as Board of Directors/Advisers who will join with us and will be introduced it in the website "Multi-discipline subjects of Sports Sports & Sports Sciences" as per syllabus & Curriculum. They will also serve as Professor cum Consultant on that subject:

a. International Professors on Sports Sciences & Sports Medicine.Professors,Associate Professors,Assistant Professors,Readers,Lecturer of Multi-Discipline Subjects of Sports Sciences and Sports Medicine of Universities,Colleges..
b. Educational Institutes.Universities.College,Research Institutes are welcome to introduce their syllabus,Curriculum to Multi-discipline subjects of Sports Sciences and Sports Medicine,degree offered through universities & colleges..
c. International Multi-discipline of Sports Sciences and Sports Medicine,organizations.Dance,
Leisure,Physical Education association,Federation,organizations are welcome to send their news & Views,seminar workshop,continuation of Education through Bangladesh Institute of Sports Sciences.
d. Publisher of Multi-discipline subjects of Sports Sciences and Sports Medicine subjects on journals,Books,continuation of Education programmes are welcomed to introduce their products
but should give some of the facilities to study materials in full contest either on video or continuation of Education.

Last, but not least, I consider all of you as a potential person who can share and care to build a career of Multi-disciple subjects of Sports Sciences and Medicine for the developing countries with the slogan "Together we can Make a Difference."
Best wishes to you All.
