Dear Paul:

(1) We express our sincere thanks for your generous financial support for our GLOSAS and GUS projects through Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund.  It is our great honor and privilege to receive a gift from such a world renowned, prominent person as you, the inventor of packet-switching technology, which is the very basic technology of Internet.  We express our deepest gratitude to you and your wife, Evelyn, especially since we had received a similar gift from you before.

(2) With this, we will forge ahead further our best effort of extending the benefits of Internet with e-learning and e-healthcare to underserved people in developing countries for attaining global peace.

(3) Despite slow movements, we made steady progress on the followings this year with your encouragement;

(a) Creating GUS/Siberia,

(12/02/06) Report on Fact-Finding and Assessment Trip To Create Global University System/Siberia (formerly Altai Mir)

We would be very grateful if you would kindly follow the step of Dr. Baran with any amount of your donation to us, which you can deduct in your tax return next year — you may utilize the GLOSAS membership application form attached to this distribution — see also <http://tinyurl.com/yenxjv>.
