As you see in the executive summary, we plan to utilize GLORIAD <http://www.gloriad.org/> broadband Internet at 155 Mbps which is to be upgraded to 622 Mbps within this year and then to 2.5 Gbps in the near future.  We expect to have complete interactivity with this, compared with replicating classroom setting by one-way analog video broadcasting.

Also, I wanted to let you know that my colleagues and I have submitted, and had accepted, a paper regarding Virtual Distance and Globalization entitled, “If the World is Flat How do we Measure Distance”.  It will be presented at the Global Forum:  Business as an Agent of World Change presented in conjunction with the UN and the Academy of Management.
