These directories were collected by CCSI volunteer, Catriona Logan, from January to March 1998 in the course of doing research for the second edition of The Post-Soviet Handbook: A Guide to Grassroots Organizations and Internet Resources in Eurasia which will be co-published in the Fall of 1998 by Center fo Civil Society International and University of Washington Press.
